Job Description Summary: The client services associate supports the various aspects of Omni’s client services, including call reception, dispatching, scheduling, ticket and service board management, purchasing, invoicing, and warranty renewals. He / she has excellent communication skills and demonstrates an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service. Primary Responsibilities: Execute call reception duties, including answering client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate team members. Support the coordination of dispatching and scheduling of technicians to client sites, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests. Monitor the ticket and service boards, identifying and escalating the need for prioritization based on urgency and client needs. Facilitate purchasing activities, including procurement of hardware, software, and other IT equipment required for client projects. Handle invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing clients for services rendered. Manage warranty renewals for clients, proactively identifying expiring warranties and coordinating renewals with vendors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical teams, to streamline processes and enhance the overall client experience. This may include creating and then delivering sales proposals. Other duties as needed. Requirements Position Qualifications: Associates or bachelor's degree in business administration, IT management, or related field or equivalent by way of experience. Demonstrated success in client services / customer support. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders. Experience in IT service management tools and systems, such as ticketing software, CRM platforms, and inventory management systems. Solid understanding of IT procurement processes, including vendor management and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
