This role combines client service, account administration, compliance support, and of-fice coordination in a fast-paced wealth management environment. Key Responsibilities • Serve as first point of contact for clients (in person, phone, email) • Schedule meetings and coordinate client communications • Process EFTs, wires, and other client transactions • Assist with new account openings and updates through Raymond James systems • Review documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance • Maintain organized client files and records • Support daily office operations and workflow efficiency Qualifications • Minimum 2 years administrative experience • Wealth management or CIRO-regulated experience strongly preferred • IR or RR registration considered an asset • Knowledge of investment products and compliance processes • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 • Ability to work full-time, in-office Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $60,000–$70,000, determined by experience, licensing, and industry background. Additional support may include licensing assistance, professional development, and par-ticipation in applicable benefits programs.
