The Humane Society of the Piedmont Veterinary Clinic is an affordable Full Service veterinary clinic as well as a fast-paced, high quality and high volume spay neuter animal clinic. We are seeking an Experienced Front Office Professional. Come join the team!
Full Service Veterinary clinic experience required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones and scheduling appointments (high call volume)
  • Greeting pet owners and assisting them in full service/spay/neuter
  • Patient check-in & discharge
  • Assisting with operations of the office
  • Assist in maintaining complete and accurate records of clinic patients and transport schedule
  • Ensures complete and accurate records for all patients, including rabies certificates, go-home paperwork, and medical records
  • Answers clinic phones, returns messages, and forwards messages to appropriate staff in a timely manner
  • Inventories office supplies
  • Assist and communicate with full service and surgical department staff members
  • Keep front office and clinic lobby clean
  • Team members in this position are expected to work 36-40 hours a week. This position is eligible for overtime. Schedule includes shifts between Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm and rotating Saturdays 8am - 12pm.
