Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing your stakeholder relationships through excellent relationship management with clients, students, and teachers
  • Assessing student objectives and logistical needs and matching them to the best teachers
  • Coordinating with students and teachers to set up and manage ongoing training courses
  • Creating and maintaining records of courses on internal systems
  • Regularly reporting to various stakeholders on course progress and student feedback

Key Skills, Experience and Attributes:

  • Proven track record of success in a Customer Service, Administrative or Account Management role
  • Previous experience in the language training sector or in teaching will be a significant advantage as would be related qualifications
  • Excellent written & spoken English; a second language at CEFR B2 level or higher is a distinct advantage
  • Must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 2 years
  • High attention to detail with strong administrative skills
  • Strong Excel and Numerical skills

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in office in central London, and 2-3 days per week form home (usually alternating on a fortnightly pattern). The role may require occasional travel to meet clients.
Salary: £28,000.00 – £32,000.00 per year, depending on location. Candidates based in London and able to attend the office 2–3 times per week will be eligible for the higher end of the salary range.
