SGS is seeking a Client Services Executive to develop, manage, and maintain business relationships within our Audit business, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. What you’ll do: Deliver high-quality, value-driven client services with a focus on quality, productivity, and safety. Maintain outstanding levels of customer satisfaction. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders. Drive operational sales within the Audit business for existing accounts. Manage client-specific requirements, including reporting for key accounts. Identify new business opportunities through proactive sales and marketing activities. Plan and schedule client visits, ensuring KPI compliance. Monitor and follow up on overdue invoices as required. Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems and keep all databases up to date. Report and resolve client complaints promptly through OIMS systems. Escalate any non-conformance issues to management as needed. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will possess: Strong key account management and customer service skills. Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of client services operations.
