Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Intern to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in client relationship management, project coordination, and service delivery within a dynamic outsourced business environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the Client Services team in managing day-to-day client communications and requests. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client documentation. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Operations, HR, Finance) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Help track client feedback, inquiries, and service issues, ensuring they are escalated and resolved appropriately. Participate in client onboarding and account setup processes. Maintain and update CRM systems and client records. Perform administrative tasks as needed to support client-related activities. Learning Outcomes: Understanding of client relationship management in a B2B outsourced services context. Experience using CRM and project tracking tools. Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a service delivery environment. Improved communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is a plus. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications: Prior internship or part-time experience in customer service or admin roles is a plus.
