Your Role: This is an exciting role within News Broadcasting’s commercial team to drive our unique suite of digital products in the market. Reporting into the Head of Programmatic & Operations,this role will manage our digital audio campaign delivery.The role will work across all News Broadcasting brands including talkSPORT, Virgin Radio, Times Radio and Talk.
Day to day you will:
+ Provide best in class service to external clients/partners and internal Sales/Ad Ops teams.
+ Project manage the end to end campaign activation process to ensure audio is recorded/creative is supplied in a timely manner so campaigns go live on time.
+ Be the liaison between the Sales and Ad Ops to ensure campaigns are set up for success
+ Be the brand/partner expert of all of our podcast supply and communicate this to the wider business.
+ Chair client kick-off meetings post-sale to ensure roles and responsibilities are clear and campaign timelines are communicated.
+ Create and maintain all client services collateral including, workflows/best practices etc.
+ Liaise with talent across UK and US time zones, and highlight any schedule changes to the team.
+ Lead and mentor the Client Services Executive, and be the point of escalation for the team.
+ Monitor the delivery of all host read podcast campaigns on a daily basis and highlighting any possible over/under deliveries.
+ Meticulously check any sponsorship requests, to ensure they adhere toguidelines set out by the individual hosts.
+ Leverage the voice of our customers across the business to highlight possible improvements.
+ Build and maintain rapport with our supply partners.
+ Ensure the smooth onboarding of any new shows/supply partners.
+ Assist the sales and insights team with brief responses.
What we’re looking for from you:
+ An interest in and knowledge of the UK media industry, with a passion for the video and wider digital market.
+ Strong knowledge of the digital landscape including digital operations processes (Ad server, forecasting, campaign lifecycle etc).
+ Demonstrable experience of line managing and mentoring a direct report in a previous role.
+ Proven track record of building and nurturing relationships across a wide spectrum of agency disciplines.
+ Comfortable presenting to multiple stakeholders across the business.
+ A ‘can do’ and proactive attitude, especially when working under pressure.
+ Exceptional problem solving and decision making skills.
+ Expert in campaign management/project management preferably at a large publisher.
+ Effective verbal and written communicator with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
+ A team player willing to fit into a nimble department with big ambitions.
+ Exceptional time management skills, as will be expected to liaise with teams in different time zones.
+ Extremely process driven individual, who can recommend ways of streamlining workflows to other senior stakeholders across the business.
