The Front Office Operations Manager leads the operational heart of Keys Dental. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience, leading the Patient Services Team, maximising appointment utilisation, protecting the financial integrity of front office operations, and providing operational leadership for the Holistic Services division. As Keys Dental grows from a $4 million practice towards a future $10 million healthcare organisation, this position is a key member of the leadership team.
