Proven experience in relationship management, premium retail banking or a similar customer-facing financial services role.
A strong business development mindset, with demonstrated success identifying prospects, generating leads and converting opportunities into new business.
Experience building and nurturing productive referral networks, including the ability to develop trusted, strategic partnerships with existing and new third-party referrers, brokers, business partners, customers and internal stakeholders.
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with the confidence to build rapport and engage customers and referral partners.
