JOB DESCRIPTION

The Client Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to deliver a best in class service to clients across one or more client accounts, building trust and strong relationships with key client contacts to achieve the talent acquisition partnership goals.
Work Location: Berlin region
Work Arrangement: hybrid, 3-4 times per week in office
Work Schedule: standard office hours
Specific requirements: : experience in advanced manufacturing sector, German and English languages required

EXPERIENCE:

• strong stakeholder management background
• Experienced CSM or relevant leadership experience
