Job: Client Services Manager Work Location: Round Rock, Texas  FLSA Status: Salary Exempt Reports to: VP of Client Services Positions(s) Supervised: Client Services Coordinators, Specialists, Assistants, and Interns    Responsibilities: The primary purpose of the Client Services Manager is to oversee the Client Services Specialists and Client Services Coordinators and provide ongoing support and motivation to assure smooth operations as they respond to internal and external requests. The position will manage client engagement including overall client satisfaction, quality of service and client retention to ensure strategic planning for account growth. Additionally, the position will service clients by conducting research, handling escalated customer service requests, and analyzing client data. * Oversee accurate and timely entry of data into databases.  * Train, coach and provide hands-on one to one support to all team members to achieve their individual professional growth and success. * Monitor emails and identify when to be responsive to any customer service issues as they arise. * Determine and assist in the implementation of a resolution and respond in the best interests of all parties involved. * Analyze leads, bookings, and client data to determine shortcomings and areas of improvement. * Maintain strong client relationships. * Provide support to VP’s in maintaining market relationships such as monthly calls and regular in-person client meetings. * Send monthly referral spreadsheets to specialists for approval. * Review/approval temporary housing invoices as needed for payment. * Prepare client dashboards and other reports as needed/requested. * Approve monthly incentive reports. * Serve as the internal point of contact for client billing inquiries and work with the accounting department to ensure accurate billing. * Serve as back up to other Client Services Specialist or Coordinators as needed. * Monitor, review for accuracy, and approve all timesheets and maintain overtime hours to a minimum.  Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of this position, other duties and responsibilities may apply or change at any time with or without notice.  Hours Worked: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm Education/Certification: High School diploma or GED or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred. Experience Preferred: Corporate housing, hotel or related management experience required, additional 3 to 5 years of general management experience is preferred, 4+ years directly supervising a staff of 5 or more associates preferred. Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; smart phone technology. Requirements: Ability to pass background, drug and driving record check annually, as per company policy and guidelines. Must maintain a valid and unexpired driver’s license that meets company driving standards and maintain current automobile insurance and registration.
