Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

A leading creative agency specialising in mass participation and experiential events is seeking a Client Services Manager to join their dynamic Brand Experience Division. This role offers the chance to work with some of the most well-known brands across sport, culture, lifestyle, and live entertainment.
You’ll play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of brand experiences and activations, including festivals, sporting events, cultural exhibitions, and food and drink events. From concept to delivery, you’ll oversee all aspects of project management, client relationships, budgeting, and onsite activation.
This is a hybrid role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating memorable, strategic, and measurable live experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications
  • Interpret briefs and contribute to the development of strategic and creative event concepts
  • Lead project planning including timelines, resourcing, and feasibility analysis
  • Produce and deliver compelling presentations
  • Oversee onsite event delivery and post-event evaluations
  • Manage event budgets and financial tracking
  • Source and manage suppliers, venues, staffing, and production logistics
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of KPIs, insights, and campaign results
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Foster internal collaboration and contribute to the overall agency culture and standards
