Description Varney Financial is seeking a motivated Client Services Manager to support our Financial Advisors and employer retirement plan clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client service, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Responsibilities Support advisors with retirement plan and wealth management clients Respond to inquiries from plan sponsors, participants, and vendors Assist with plan reviews, compliance tasks, and documentation Coordinate participant education meetings and communications Serve as liaison with recordkeepers and TPAs Support onboarding of new plans and ongoing client engagement Maintain accurate CRM and plan records Requirements Qualifications Knowledge of ERISA, retirement plans, and investment menus FINRA Series 6 & 63 (or ability to obtain within 90 days) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Professional, reliable, and client-focused
