Role Overview A Client Services Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while ensuring the successful delivery of products or services. The role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth. They work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with client objectives, while fostering long-term partnerships and driving client retention.
