We are seeking a Client Services Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating promotional campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced marketing environment. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing communication and expectations throughout each project lifecycle. Coordinate with internal teams — including design, procurement, production, and logistics — to ensure timely and accurate execution of client orders. Manage multiple marketing and merchandise programs simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and client reports. Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic campaign recommendations. Resolve issues promptly and professionally while maintaining positive client relationships. Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and contractual requirements. Use CRM and project management tools to track communication, workflow progress, and performance metrics. Collaborate with the finance team to support invoicing, payment follow-up, and project cost tracking. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project coordination, preferably within a marketing, promotional products, or branding environment. Strong understanding of the promotional products industry, marketing fulfillment, or brand merchandise production is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) preferred. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
