SALARY: UP TO £25,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE + BONUSES

Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Thursday & 9:00 to 17:00 on a Friday. 1 late evening fortnightly until 19:00.

Purpose of the role:
As a Client Services Manager role will be working directly with the Head of Sales Support, & Senior Administrator to help support the Financial Planners, Para-planners and wider team. We are looking for an administrator with exceptional organisational and customer service skills.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :

  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Able to work within a defined process and compliantly.
  • Able to prioritise workloads.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Articulate in all dealings with clients and stakeholders, verbally and within written communications.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Experience within a financial planning company is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact for all client enquiries.
  • Maintain and update client records on XPLAN and with providers.
  • Send recommendation packs to clients on DocuSign.
  • Process new business applications, fund switches, rebalances, withdrawals and tops up ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Sending Letter of Authority to providers and following up on requested information.
  • Contact prospective new clients and arrange initial appointments.
  • Arrange clients’ annual financial reviews.
  • Manage and organise advisers’ diaries.
