You’ll lead a team of 35–50 frontline staff, including site supervisors, across key client sites. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and inspire high-performing frontline teams Build the capability of supervisors and grow leadership within your team Manage key client relationships with a proactive, solution-focused approach Drive excellence in rostering, compliance, and workforce systems Use data and insights from workforce and incident reporting systems to lift performance and service standards Champion engagement, training, and wellbeing across your teams What You’ll Bring Proven experience leading dispersed teams (35–50 staff) Strong coaching and performance management skills Excellent relationship-building with clients and internal teams Confident decision-making, organisation, and follow-through Knowledge of workforce systems, compliance, or operations (preferred) Why Red Badge?
