POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Director of Home Care, the Client Services Manager plays a central role in ensuring high quality, compliant, and compassionate delivery of non-medical home care services within the Seniors at Home (SAH) program. This role is responsible for the onboarding and assessment of private pay clients, development of individualized care plans, caregiver supervision, compliance with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Home Care Services Bureau (HCSB) requirements, and overall client relationship management.
