Description
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for residential tenants and purchasers, managing communications throughout the leasing, construction, settlement and move-in process.
Manage residential leasing activities, including lease negotiations, documentation, execution and coordination with tenants, agents and service providers.
Coordinate move in activities, including valuation packs, inspections, settlements, post-settlement and move in follow-up and defect resolution with relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate tenant, purchaser, valuer and agent inspections, walkthroughs and relationship management activities to enhance the customer experience.
