  • Serve as day-to-day contact with relevant WME personnel (i.e. tennis agents, marketing agents , social media team)
  • Manage client schedule in matters pertaining to tournaments, training, marketing obligations , public relations , community activities
  • Primary contact with the WTA re tournament and tour commitments, PR obligations and other relevant tour obligations. This communication will be shared with the client and/or directed by the client.
  • All communication on behalf of client will be courteous, respectful and professional
  • Must be available to travel on a very regular basis throughout the WTA circuit schedule
  • Primary contact in coordinating logistics related to the obligations listed above
  • Primary contact for overall tennis and business calendar
  • Responsible for timely and accurate communication to client, agency team and business partners (oral and written )
  • Readily available for client, WME contacts and business contacts at all times (within reason); must answer phone and respond to text messages and emails promptly at all times (within reason)
  • Coordinating hotels and transportation based on direction of the client.
  • Participate and assist with the scheduling of regular client business development planning sessions
  • Gain a firm knowledge and understanding of the various WME departments and resources
  • Participate in marketing and business development discussions including sponsorship sales, pr, social media, content development, fashion projects, literary projects, etc.
  • · Track the follow-up on pipeline projects
  • · Update the group on client priorities and updated interests
  • · Maintain communication with external partners regarding schedule coordination including sponsors, WTA-Tour, and other business constituents.
  • Facilitate a year-end meeting to review and plan for next steps
