THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Manager to join our Sales team in Perth on a parental leave contract. This is a key support role that ensures smooth operations, seamless campaign execution, and an exceptional client experience — helping our sales team to shine.

As our new Client Services Manager, you’ll:

• Be the operational engine behind the sales team — from bookings and contracts to post-campaign reporting
• Support client renewals and help drive revenue growth
• Manage incoming leads and assist the team in converting them
• Keep our CRM (HubSpot) and reporting accurate and up to date
• Liaise with finance and clients on campaign payments and reconciliation
• Oversee production deadlines and ad material delivery
• Be the go-to for office operations and team event planning
