POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our Client Services team. In this role, you will process client orders, guide them through the fulfillment process, and assist with various office and creative tasks. This position blends customer service, office management, and light graphic design responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CorelDRAW (or similar graphic design software)
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred
