Job Title: Client Services & Office Manager - Cleaning Services
Location: Campbelltown, Camden and Wollondilly
Hours: Casual to Part-Time (5 days/week, approx. 4–5 hours/day)

RM Super Services is a growing and reputable cleaning company dedicated to delivering high-quality cleaning services to commercial and residential clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and sales-driven individual to be the first point of contact for new clients and manage the quoting and booking process.
Role Overview
As our Sales & Estimating Coordinator, you will be the face of the business for prospective clients. You will handle incoming enquiries, conduct site walkthroughs, prepare accurate quotes, and guide customers through the booking process. Your ability to sell confidently, understand client needs, and estimate job requirements will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries (phone, email, web)
  • Qualify leads and schedule walkthrough appointments with potential clients
  • Conduct on-site or virtual walkthroughs to assess cleaning needs
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and competitive quotes based on assessments
  • Follow up on quotes and convert leads into confirmed bookings
  • Book and schedule jobs with internal operations team
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales pipeline using CRM software or internal systems
  • Build strong rapport with clients, ensuring a smooth transition from enquiry to service delivery
  • Liaise with cleaning staff where necessary to ensure job specifications are communicated clearly
  • Provide occasional support to marketing campaigns by giving feedback on common client questions or objections
  • Meet or exceed monthly conversion and customer satisfaction targets

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven background in sales, customer service, or account management (essential)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Ability to estimate job costs/time with confidence (training provided if needed)
  • Comfortable conducting site visits and interacting with a range of clients
  • Basic understanding of cleaning procedures, equipment, and industry standards (highly desirable)
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-up tasks efficiently
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable using CRM systems, email, scheduling tools, and mobile apps
  • Valid driver’s licence and own transport (if in-person walkthroughs are required)

Desirable Qualifications (but not required)

  • Experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry
  • Knowledge of quoting software or job management tools (e.g., ServiceM8, Jobber, or similar)
  • Sales or business development certification/training
