Responsibilities

This position is located at Maroochydore on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We are seeking a client-focused superstar who can support reception and our team with general administration and housekeeping duties as required. We are looking for an upbeat and vibrant professional who has the following qualities:

Your duties as our Client Services Officer / Administration Assistant / Tax Bookkeeper will include but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming clients and professionally answering and screening incoming calls
  • Electronic collation and uploading of year-end client documentation such as tax returns, BAS, invoices, and more to our client digital signature portal
  • Assisting with the creation and management of tasks in our internal work-in-progress system
  • Filing and maintaining confidential client documentation
  • Processing lodgements with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)
  • Assisting with ASIC compliance tasks, including the setup of new company and trust structures
  • Managing communications with government departments such as the ATO and ASIC
  • Preparing and distributing our monthly client newsletter
  • Assisting with digital marketing initiatives
  • Managing debtors and following up on outstanding payments via email and text
