We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Officer – Front of House to join our Accounting & Tax team in Smithton. This is a pivotal role suited to a highly motivated professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional reception and client service support. Your role, your contribution!  •    Welcoming clients and managing incoming calls, responding to enquiries and coordinating appointments to ensure seamless service delivery. •    Liaising with advisors, partners and team members to support efficient and high-quality client outcomes. •    Managing a broad range of administrative tasks, including lodging tax returns, handling ATO correspondence and coordinating office supplies. •    Supporting client data management processes, including collating financial statements and tax returns, invoicing, WIP management, liaising with the ATO on various matters and document management.
