We’re on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our Business Advisory team in Townsville. If you’re a motivated Client Services professional ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you. Your role, your contribution! Deliver outstanding client service by managing workflow efficiently, meeting strict deadlines, and supporting the preparation of financial packages, tax return lodgements, and ATO correspondence. Maintain accurate file creation and database management while coordinating administrative processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Act as a key support to accountants, partners, and the wider Client Services team, proactively managing client requests and communication to enable seamless service delivery. Provide front-of-house support when required, including reception coverage, scanning, filing, and general office administration within a collaborative team environment. The benefits of joining us!
