JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients within the financial services sector. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients to address their needs and concerns.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a client role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, GoHighLevel or similar CRM software is helpful but not essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building deeper client relationships.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
