ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Client Services Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued members, providing expert support on a range of investment products. You’ll play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary contact for member inquiries and account servicing
• Provide expert knowledge and support on Superannuation and Investment holdings.
• Onboard new clients and facilitate account setup and documentation
• Collaborate with the advice team and client support officers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage the administration of existing client annual reviews and meeting ensuring service and compliance obligations are met and exceeded.
• Track client activity and feedback to improve service standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
