Job Description Co-ordinate all activities associated with Medilaw client files, incoming legal briefs, business records and other information. Prepare files to ensure that scheduled appointments can proceed on time and to the consultant doctor’s individual requirements. Provide administrative support to the consultant doctors. Archive past appointment files. Provide information to customers Liaise with customers to ensure effective outcomes. Qualifications This is an entry level position. Demonstrated aptitude and positive attitude will be highly regarded. Comprehensive training and education provided in a supportive environment. Attention to detail is vital. Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PDF editing and Excel). You will gain: Customer service skills. An understanding of medical terminology. Comprehensive knowledge of record management practices relating to independent medical assessments. Time management proficiency.
