City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Health is hiring a client service representative to work full time days with the billing and client services department in the consolidated lab. (this is an onsite position) A client service representative is responsible for all areas of customer services as it pertains to retention of Lab Services Clients. This includes functions associated with mail management, result retrieval, internal and external customer inquiry and problem resolution. Serves as primary support and management of remote communications for patient lab reports frequent interaction with hospitals, physician offices, clients, lab marketing staff, lab technical and processing staff.
