On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Client Services Representative - Advanced for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE - ADVANCED - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role involves providing advanced client support within the Client Operations department. The representative will assist in managing client inquiries and account activities, ensuring seamless financial transactions and communication.

CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE - ADVANCED - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Proficient with Outlook for client communication
  • Proven client service skills
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services
  • Enthusiastic and patient demeanor
  • Ability to multi-task and manage volumes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE - ADVANCED – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Investment industry knowledge
  • Canadian Securities Course
  • IFIC Course
  • Enrolled in CFA
Responsibilities
  • Review account overdraft reports
  • Assist clients with questions on new fund purchases
