QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in customer service, client relations, or a similar role, preferably with high-profile, high-net-worth, or luxury-brand clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills — polished, tactful, and engaging.
  • Ability to remain calm, composed, and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Strong sense of brand alignment and the ability to make decisions that enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Skilled at balancing multiple priorities without compromising on service quality.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and related technology; luxury service environment experience is an asset.
