WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Respond to client inquiries and investigate client issues related to production, quality, delivery schedules, and specifications.
- Provide critical information to other departments to aid in the swift resolution of client problems.
- Diagnose, define, and resolve client issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
- Develop strong client relationships by effectively expediting complaint resolutions.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them updated and notified about the status of their concerns via calls and/or Client 360.
- Compile and provide detailed reports and activity logs for both management and client reviews.
- Stay well-versed in Fiserv’s print products and services, particularly Statement Advantage and print ready documents, to provide knowledgeable support.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

- This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
