Description

Support high‑net‑worth clients and internal partners by coordinating the end‑to‑end Private Banking loan process. This role is ideal for detail‑driven financial professionals who thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and take pride in delivering a premier client experience. What You’ll Do Ensure complete and accurate client data across loan applications, internal systems, and loan documents. Coordinate with relationship managers, sales, portfolio managers, counsel, compliance, and other authorized parties throughout each transaction. Support client requests and provide exceptional service with strong attention to detail. Assist with application intake, document generation, loan modifications, and money movement requests as needed. Collaborate with operations and cross‑bank teams to improve processes. Participate in projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. What You Need Bachelor’s degree required. 4+ years of financial industry experience, including 2+ years in bank operations or client service preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. High attention to detail and understanding of loan processes and lending requirements. Analytical problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently. Comfort working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with shifting priorities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittsburgh, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.50 - $32.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
