Job Description We are seeking friendly, organised, and proactive Client Services Representatives to join our dynamic front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth communication between our clients and clinical teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, diverse, and rewarding environment, supporting our clients as they navigate their pets’ care journey across all hospital services—from routine appointments to complex specialist and emergency visits. Key Responsibilities · Welcome clients and their pets, providing a warm and professional first impression. · Manage check-ins, appointments, and client communications with efficiency and empathy. · Support clinicians by coordinating workflows, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. · Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients—both in person and over the phone—keeping them informed about their pet’s care. · Maintain accurate client and patient information using RxWorks and other hospital systems. · Assist clients as they navigate the hospital, helping to create a calm and supportive environment. · Collaborate with veterinarians, nurses, and students to ensure seamless service delivery. · Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture where every client interaction reflects our hospital’s values of care, respect, and excellence. Additional Information About You · Personable and Professional: You enjoy engaging with people and providing genuine, compassionate service. · Organised and Reliable: You’re punctual, detail-oriented, and thrive in a busy environment. · Tech-Savvy: Confident in using computer systems, ideally with experience in RxWorks or similar veterinary software. · Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to stay calm and positive under pressure. · Team Player: You work collaboratively with colleagues across all hospital departments. · Flexible: Willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, as part of our 24/7 hospital operations.
