Client-facing roles at the agency play an important part in helping individuals and families protect what matters most and plan for their financial future.Role Description The Client Services Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in Oakville, ON. This role is responsible for responding to client inquiries, managing incoming calls and emails, and providing accurate information about insurance and financial products and services. The Client Services Representative will handle policy changes, process documentation, assist with billing questions, and support clients through claims-related steps. Day-to-day activities include maintaining up-to-date client records, coordinating follow-ups, and collaborating with advisors and team members to ensure timely resolution of client requests. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve client experience and contributing to a professional, service-oriented office environment.Qualifications

  • Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship building.
  • Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
  • Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on resolving issues and providing a positive client experience.
  • Basic understanding of Finance and interest in insurance and financial products, with willingness to learn and develop expertise.
  • Previous experience in an office, call center, or customer-facing role, ideally in insurance, banking, or financial services.
  • Proficiency with common office software and CRM systems, and strong attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time in Oakville, ON, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant licensing or certification for insurance and financial services. Must have OTL
  • History of excellent customer Service and Sales is mandatory.
  • Must thrive in a fast paced sales environment.

•        Client Relationship Management & UHNW Advisory: Manages high-net-worth and international client relationships, delivering tailored, trust-based advisory aligned with client goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon.

•        Portfolio & Wealth Management: Evaluates client financial positions and identifies opportunities across investments, deposits, and protection solutions to support holistic financial planning.

•        NRI Banking & Cross-Border Transactions: Handles NRI banking, forex transactions, remittances, and account management, with a focus on compliant and seamless international service delivery.

•        Regulatory Compliance & Risk Control: Applies KYC/AML frameworks and internal risk controls consistently across client onboarding, transactions, and portfolio reviews.

•        Business Development & Cross-Selling: Builds new client relationships through proactive prospecting, referrals, and networking, while expanding wallet share through cross-selling and upselling.

•        Financial Operations & Process Ownership: Owns end-to-end financial and offboarding processes, coordinating across teams to ensure accurate, timely, and audit-compliant closure.
