We're looking for a Casual and Part-Time Client Services Team Member to join our reception team at Melbourne Veterinary Specialist Centre (MVSC). You'll be one of the first people our clients, referring veterinarians and visitors interact with, making this a vital role within our hospital. Based primarily at our Glen Waverley hospital, you'll also work fortnightly shifts at our Essendon Fields clinic and participate in a rotating Saturday roster. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming clients and visitors Providing exceptional customer service Managing a busy phone system Scheduling appointments Email communication with clients and referring clinics Maintaining accurate records Processing payments General reception and administrative duties About you Previous reception, administration or customer service experience Veterinary or healthcare experience highly regarded Strong communication and organisational skills Compassionate and professional approach to clients Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Confident using computer systems Able to work across both locations Available for occasional Saturday shifts Positive, team-focused attitude If you enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional service and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
