We’re looking for a Client Services Representative to join our Embedded Networks team and play a key role in supporting our commercial and retail clients. In this role, you’ll help retain existing customers, support business development initiatives, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service at every stage. Your responsibilities will include:

• Work with Business Development Managers and Operations to strengthen client relationships, retain contracts, and help grow our portfolio.
• Be the first point of contact for client queries, coordinate resolutions, and support seamless handovers.
• Assist in developing new opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Helping clients meet net zero targets.
• Keep client records accurate, up to date, and actionable.
• Partner across teams to improve processes, share ideas, and deliver outstanding client experiences.
