    We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction by efficiently converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments. Your responsibilities will also include making outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to achieving department goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert incoming customer calls into scheduled service appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively make outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments and meet department targets.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Strive to achieve daily call quotas, balancing up to 100 calls per day between outbound and inbound.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize appointment scheduling processes.

Key Sub Tasks

  • You will need to learn the call script in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our customers.
  • Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
  • Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain a positive customer experience.
