Refer unresolved inquires to designated department or supervisor for review. Identify, research and resolve inquires Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications WHO YOU ARE You possess … Two or more years of experience in a call center, preferably in banking, real estate or construction industry Strong verbal and written communications skills The ability to excel in a fast paced environment. High School diploma or equivalent preferred Real Estate, Construction or Banking background preferred. . Experience with Cisco Finesse . Exceptional customer service skills Ability to type at least 45 words per minute. .
