Responsibilities

This isn’t your average desk job! As a Client Services & Sales Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our sales and operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service from the very first call to the final invoice. You’ll manage details, drive communication, and help fuel our business growth. Your day-to-day will include:
· Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and act as the first point of contact for new and returning customers
· Assess client needs based on phone or email inquiries and prepare detailed, tailored estimates
· Track and coordinate incoming leads, qualifying them, updating statuses, and ensuring every opportunity is followed up
· Collect credit card authorizations, set up initial invoices, and ensure all client billing is completed promptly and accurately
· Oversee the full onboarding process for storage clients, including generating invoices, logging details, and scheduling calendar entries
· Draft and distribute personalized weekly updates to clients regarding their upcoming moves
· Maintain clean, accurate data in our CRM, including uploading new jobs, revising existing records, and ensuring the sales pipeline is always up to date for reporting and planning
· Support outreach efforts by compiling strategic client and lead lists based on service history, geography, or project type
