CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (associate’s degree will be considered)
• Prior experience in the wealth management or investment industry is required
• Familiarity with Charles Schwab platform is strongly preferred
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and professional experience—manage phones, greet visitors, and coordinate scheduling
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation using Salesforce, Orion, Egnyte, and other financial platforms
• Assist advisors with operational tasks such as account openings, maintenance, transfers, and cashiering requests
• Handle client correspondence and follow-ups while ensuring compliance with internal processes
• Support day-to-day office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and general upkeep of the workspace
