Position Overview

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically skilled Client Services Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service while assisting with the technical aspects of onboarding, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. This role bridges the gap between client-facing communication and technical problem-solving, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Relationship Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Communicate complex technical information in clear, client-friendly language.

Technical Assistance & Troubleshooting

  • Assist clients with technical setup, and configuration of products or services.
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, or integration issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve client issues efficiently.

Training & Enablement

  • Provide client assistance via remote or on-the-call, as well as recorded instructions to help clients.
  • Create and maintain client-facing documentation, FAQs, and “how-to” guides.

Process Improvement & Feedback

  • Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions to improve processes and client experience.
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with service delivery teams for enhancements.
  • Assist in testing new features or updates before pushing live.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years in a client services or technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of software tools, system configurations, and troubleshooting practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM, ticketing systems, or SaaS platforms.

Soft Skills

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Patience and empathy when handling complex or sensitive client issues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients/projects at once.
