As our Client Services Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and strengthening relationships with stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for managing a wide range of services – including Board support, certification and accreditation, committee administration, meeting management, and membership programs. Reporting to the Team Lead, Client Services, your work will directly impact our clients’ success and community connections. Compensation Expectations for the Role:
We believe in fair, transparent, and growth-focused compensation. Our salary bands are designed to ensure equity across roles (and internally), with most new hires starting at the lower end to allow room for development and progression. That said, we recognize and reward experience – strong, seasoned candidates may start higher within the band.
Starting salary: $52,500 (Full salary band: $52,500 - $63,000).
