Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including billing, scheduling, and clinical teams to resolve client issues and streamline processes.
  • Assist clients in navigating hospital services, providing information on programs, services, and resources available to them.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure service satisfaction and address any further needs.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and provide feedback to management on client needs and concerns.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new services, policies, and industry trends.
  • Support marketing efforts by communicating new services and programs to clients and gathering testimonials or success stories.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in using computers and call center software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Bilingual (if applicable) is a plus.
