About the Position: Epic Travel is looking for a(an) Client Services Support Coordinator who will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support for the client solutions department of a Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This position follows a night shift schedule and operates under a remote work setup, with some days required on-site. What You'll Do: Assist with posting jobs, updating records, and maintaining accurate candidate and client information in internal systems. Help screen incoming applications for completeness and route candidates to the appropriate team member. Assist with coordinating interviews by scheduling calls, confirming availability, and preparing basic details for the Client Solutions team. Support candidate communication by sending templated messages, gathering required documents, and assisting with follow-up. Help collect client requirements, job details, and supporting information for candidate submissions. Maintain organized files, documents, and tracking logs for candidate pipelines, submissions, and client activity. Assist with reference requests, credential collection, and other verification tasks as assigned. Support preparation of simple reports, lists, and trackers for the team. Monitor shared inboxes and route inquiries to the appropriate team member. Assist with special projects, data entry, and administrative tasks as needed. Participate in cross-training initiatives and support other team functions as needed What You Bring: Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
