Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This hybrid role combines business development and administrative support to help drive bookings and support the smooth delivery of training services. You will proactively engage with new and existing clients to generate bookings, coordinate course delivery, and provide excellent administrative support to ensure a seamless client experience. The role requires strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the business.

THIS IS A HYBRID WORKING ROLE, 3 DAYS PER WEEK BASED IN OUR BIRMINGHAM OFFICE.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively maximise conversion of enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their training needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate all aspects of course bookings, including assigning trainers and managing schedules
  • Maintain accurate and well-organised records for all bookings, ensuring data is handled securely and in compliance with GDPR.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly individual and team booking targets
