Position Summary The Client Services Travel Advisor is responsible for guiding clients through the travel planning process while delivering a seamless and supportive experience. This role combines customer service, organization, and coordination to ensure travel details are handled efficiently and accurately. What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the planning process Coordinate travel arrangements such as lodging, transportation, and activities Review and confirm travel details to ensure accuracy and completeness Provide timely responses to client questions and requests Monitor upcoming trips and assist with any necessary updates or changes Keep detailed records of client preferences and travel plans What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to stay organized while managing multiple timelines Confidence working with digital tools and online platforms A proactive approach to problem-solving Dependable and self-motivated in a remote work environment Background in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support is beneficial Work Environment 100% remote Flexible schedule aligned with client needs Training & Resources Structured onboarding process Access to training materials and ongoing guidance Compensation Compensation is based on experience and overall performance Additional details will be provided during the hiring process Application Process Interested candidates should submit an application for review.
