Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive to act as a key point of contact between our company and retail clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and effective communication, managing client expectations, and coordinating internally with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure successful order execution and customer satisfaction.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and its retail clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, manage orders, follow up on production status, and ensure on-time delivery.

  • Maintain long-term relationships by providing excellent after-sales service and support.

  • Prepare client service reports, sales documentation, and follow-up communications.
  • Assist in resolving any issues related to product delivery, quality concerns, or other client complaints.
  • Stay updated with product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to better serve clients.
