Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for digital media agencies and direct clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into successful mobile advertising and programmatic strategies.
• Coordinate with internal trading, operations, and business development teams to execute and optimize campaigns effectively.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide regular reporting and actionable insights to clients.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking through MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer, Branch), ensuring proper attribution and data accuracy.
• Manage and support programmatic deals across platforms like PubMatic, Equativ, The Trade Desk, and Google Ad Manager (GAM).
• Contribute to the creation of media plans, pitch decks, and performance reviews.
• Stay updated with industry trends, client business landscapes, and ad tech innovations.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in digital media client servicing, preferably with exposure to both brand and agency-side operations.
• Strong understanding of mobile advertising, in-app campaigns, and programmatic media buying.
• In-depth knowledge of MMPs like Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust, etc., and how mobile attribution works.
• Working knowledge of programmatic platforms and deals on PubMatic, Equativ, The Trade Desk, and GAM is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
